Adult education graduates encouraged to continue chasing dreams

MANSFIELD - The 117 adults who earned their diplomas Thursday night from Mansfield City Schools were encouraged to never stop chasing their dreams. The work that you put into this program is the perfect foundation to last you a lifetime, Stan Jefferson, the district s superintendent, told the graduates.
Only a portion of the number honored could attend Thursday since the program was for both the class of 2021 and the class of 2020, which had its original graduation postponed because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Still, the superintendent wanted them all to know that going back to school to obtain their diplomas was an honorable task.
