Youve got an extra 300 a week in unemployment benefits, an extension of the moratorium, more funding for vaccine distribution. Heres whats not in the bill. Liability shields for businesses which republicans really wanted. More money for state and local governments, which democrats wanted. Direct aid for the Restaurant Industry which has been hit so hard in the pandemic.
