A superintendent for a California school district in the US has, during a school board meeting on November 14, denied that his district considers the slogan “Free Palestine” to be hate speech.
A rally scheduled for Monday afternoon in support of a Corona del Mar High student reportedly suspended for saying "Free Palestine" to another student appeared to have be canceled by family members.
