TEMPLE – Charles Scott Cogley, 40, died Monday, June 28, 2021, in Temple. He resided in Roxbury.He was born on Nov. 12, 1980, in Lewiston. He attended Mountain Valley High School. Charlie worked many years in construction as a welder and in later years he had automotive shops. He loved to fabricate, fish, go snowmobiling and four-wheeling on his Artic Cats. He was amazed by outer space and enjoyed drawing in his free time. He suffered from many diseases stemming from breaking his feet in his early teens. Charlie is free from all pain he suffered.Charlie is survived by his father James Cogley and wife Theda of Roxbury, Maine, his mother Marie Brown and husband Bob of Torrington, Conn., a daughter, Tausha Cogley of Rangeley, a son, Jacob Cogley of Rumford, brothers, Nick Cogley and wife Amy of To
