Some residents in Hollister are calling for the removal of a 30-year-old rock sculpture they describe to resemble a ‘phallic symbol.’ The sculpture is located in front of the County Administrative Building. Tuesday, residents that have been calling for change of the sculpture for years, spoke to the San Benito County Board of Supervisors demanding change.
