Reporter in San Francisco neighborhood, dozens traded unwanted guns for cash. 100 for handguns, 200 for assault weapons. Theres no questions asked. The governor rejected the utilities plan and says it doesnt do enough to improve management or beef up procedures under the state wildfire in july. A bankruptcy professor says the company is focused on survival. It is fair for Governor Newsom to criticize this company and fair for him i think to criticize this plan, but i think its somewhat unrealistic to expect the bankruptcy process to fix all the problems the company has.
