Video footage has surfaced of a 34-year-old Detroit black man being dragged to the ground by several police officers who repeatedly punched him while his neighbors yelled and tried to intervene.
Detroit Police Captain Donna McCord said suspect Jamere Miller got into the victim s car and forced her to move a seat over before driving off with her inside.
