A new law in Mississippi is being challenged in a federal lawsuit that aims to prevent its implementation on July 1.The law requires individuals to seek permission from state law enforcement officials in order to hold protests near the statehouse, Governor's Mansion, or other government buildings in the capital city of Jackson.The lawsuit argues that
