The California Pintos will try to end their regular season with a three-game winning streak tonight during a home game against the Hallsville Indians. Kickoff is at 7 p.m. at Riley Field.
The Russellville Indians are heading north today. Way north. Russellville is heading to Memphis, about 15 miles south of the Iowa border, to take on the Scotland County Tigers. This will be the last of a three-game road swing for the Indians, who won 35-14 at Carrollton last Friday after beating Diamond 34-22 in Week 2.
The School of the Osage Indians came out determined to keep Blair Oaks quarterback Dylan Hair from running with the football Friday night. As it turns out, his right arm is just as effective as his legs. Hair completed 14-of-15 passes for 399 yards and six touchdowns, as the Falcons cruised to a 56-13 victory in their Tri-County Conference opener at the Falcon Athletic Complex.
