On Monday he posted a $15,000 cashier’s check and was released, under standard conditions that include not using illegal drugs or alcohol, staying out of bars and liquor stores, using an alcohol monitor at his own expense, and having no contact with the two older people who were injured in the crash.
Detroit Lakes police and firefighters, Becker County deputies, state troopers and medical personnel from Essentia St. Mary’s EMS all worked together to safely remove the two from the debris.
