Wade Alfred Olds, 53, of Detroit Lakes was charged Nov. 22 in Becker County District Court with two felony criminal vehicular homicide charges involving driving while intoxicated. He is also charged with one felony count of criminal vehicular operation.
On Monday he posted a $15,000 cashier’s check and was released, under standard conditions that include not using illegal drugs or alcohol, staying out of bars and liquor stores, using an alcohol monitor at his own expense, and having no contact with the two older people who were injured in the crash.
