Philadelphia is holding its municipal primary election on Tuesday, May 16, with polls open from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. Voters will determine party nominees for city controller, sheriff, register of wills, City Commissioners and judges to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Superior Court, Commonwealth Court, Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia and Municipal Court.
In Pennsylvania, the final day to register to vote for this election is May 1, and the last day to apply for a mail-in or civilian absentee ballot is May 9.
