Mi Milpitas Police are investigating a homicide. Reporter police are still saying very little, other than this is a 54 year old milpitas resident. Theyre not giving the persons name or the cause of death, just saying that he died under suspicion circumstances. The mans body was found just before 1 00 in the morning outside the tequila shop bar and restaurant. I got woken up by fire trucks.
