Jamshedpur FC halted
Mumbai City FC’s winning run in Hero Indian Super League (Hero ISL) 2020-21 after a 1-1 draw between the teams at the GMC Stadium in Bambolim yesterday.
Nerijus Valskis scored the game’s opening goal inside 10 minutes, while Bartholomew Ogbeche levelled the score for Mumbai in the 15th minute. Jamshedpur’s midfielder Aitor Monroy was then sent off before the half hour mark, but Mumbai couldn’t make the extra man count as the teams shared the spoils.
The Islanders made a bright start to the game with Ogbeche producing a shot at goal from inside the box in the first minute.
