Southern california is raging out of control burning homes and forcing thousands to find shelter. Good afternoon. That fire is burning just north of los angeles. Governor brownished a state of emergency a short time ago. Crews say wind driven flames have scorched more than 30,000 acres and destroyed at least 150 buildings.
