Edward Stephany led the prosecution of Jack Roland Murphy, or 'Murf the Surf,' in the high-stakes Fort Lauderdale murder case in 1969. He died Friday in his apartment at the Meridian at Waterways Senior Living community in Fort Lauderdale. He was 92.
