ALCOSAN SAYS THEY NEED THAT BIG HOLE TO BUILD A TUNNEL FROM HERE IN MCKEES ROCKS TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE OHIO RIVER WHERE THEIR PLANT IS. BUT OFFICIALS HERE IN MCKEES ROCKS SAY THIS PROJECT WILL DESTROY A COMMUNITY THAT ONL REASONS RECENTLY BEGAN TO BOUNCE BACK. ALCOSAN BOUGHT THE OLD CRIVELLI CHEVROLET PROPERTY IN MCKEES ROCKS FOR THE TUNNEL PROJECT.
