And woman. Inside the store. With the man harrassing the woman. Police tell us the woman did not know the man. Then when she came outside to the parking lot he robbed her at gunpoint. Witnesses called 911. And a nevada Highway Patrol trooper was nearby and quickly took that man into custody. But police say there was confusion. Some witnesses thought there was a second person inside the store. Possibly armed. With shoppers and employees still inside. And thats why lieutenant Jack Clements says there was such a huge response by law en lt. Jack clements metro police we didnt know if there was a second person in the store and people were pouring out, so if we think theres someone in there with a gun our team will handle it and its the safest way to put somebody into custody without anyone getting hurt.
