In 2019, Judge Robert Lane sentenced the man to a nine-year adult prison term. The appeal court judges reduced it to seven years, ruling Lane erred in his analysis by failing to consider the offender’s remorse and positive performance while on remand, and by overemphasizing a comparison to the sentences of the man’s co-accused.

A 38-year-old man convicted of giving methamphetamine to a 14-year-old girl in exchange for sex has lost his appeal.
Bradley Neil Paproski appealed his January 2020 convictions of sexual assault, sexual interference and trafficking meth, for which he was sentenced to five years in prison.
