WE all know contractors frequently use dogs as security guards whenever they are awarded a project as it is cheaper for them. We feel this is indirect animal abuse! These dogs are not vaccinated nor neutered and we dread to think what or whether they are even are properly fed and/or given water! These contractors are already making loads of money from the project they have been awarded so how difficult is it to get their dogs neutered/spayed and give them decent food and water and shelter and/or hire proper security guards? Many a time when the project is over these dogs are just released, on to the road, puppies  and all, and these dogs are left to survive on their own, and many,  especially the puppies, become road kill most of these dogs have skin issues too, are limping due to couldn’t care less attitude of workers etc and are skinny due to lack of proper food and water; we believe this is where Jabatan Haiwan should step in and clamp down on these errant contract
