Construction crews are adding the apartments and for-sale townhouses for the residential part of the mixed-use campus that DiGeronimo Cos. is constructing.
Real estate developers are readying plans for two proposed four-floor apartment buildings in Cleveland's Tremont neighborhood. One is at the corner of Fairfield Avenue and West 11th Street. The other is at a site at West 20th Street and Moltke Court, near where the Treo apartments already are changing the landscape.
