On 17 February, following a hearing on “Problems of implementation by Ukraine of the ECHR judgments”, Parliament adopted two Recommendations concerning the execution by Ukraine of ECHR judgments and the reform of the system of execution of domestic judgments.
1 The following three groups of ECHR judgments were identified as main priorities for execution:

Zelenchuk and Tsytsyura (moratorium on the alienation of agricultural land), these being cases raising the most complex, systemic and structural problems that need to be resolved by the authorities.
