Ivana Paolozzi, 20, allegedly misled city Administration for Children’s Services investigators when they questioned her about her daughter’s whereabouts, the source said Wednesday.
Damion Comager and Ivana Paolozzi, who are facing murder and manslaughter charges in the death of their 3-month-old daughter, Genevieve, took her for a stroll after she was dead, prosecutors said.
The baby, whom police identified as Genevieve Comager, was found Sunday night in the woods. Her parents were charged in connection with the death, according to police officials.
The body of three-month-old Genevieve Comager was found in the woods near a Bronx homeless shelter at West 161st Street and the Major Deegan Expressway at around 8.30pm Sunday.
