Princess Beatrice s Afiniti approached by Spacs for US listing

Afiniti, which counts former Prime Minister David Cameron on its board of advisors and employs Princess Beatrice, has been approached by US blank cheque companies about a possible listing.
Sources said the Bermuda-headquartered call centre technology company has been courted by Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (Spacs) about taking it public in the US.
The company develops artificial intelligence tools for outsourced call centre and sales staff. At its last funding round, Afiniti was valued at $1.6bn. Afiniti declined to comment.
It is just the latest company to be in the sights of Spacs, or special purpose acquisition companies.
