俄烏戰爭爆發以來已超過半年，期間屢傳內部不滿聲浪高漲，甚至傳出有人計畫俄羅斯總統普廷等傳聞，近日有外媒指出，先前普廷曾遭遇暗殺，在搭車過程中車輛突然爆出巨響及冒煙，疑似遭到攻擊。據傳後來普廷雖安全無事，但有多名隨扈也離奇失蹤。多家外媒引述俄國反對派自媒體「General SVR」消息指出，俄羅斯總統普廷先前曾遭遇暗殺，據指當天普廷搭車要返回官邸，當天車隊有5輛車，普廷所坐的是第3輛，但在半路上卻有救護車擋住第一輛車，第二輛車也遇到障礙物。緊接著普廷所坐的第三輛車，左前輪更發出巨響及冒出濃煙。
