It’s inevitable that technology vendors see business transformation as an opportunity to promote their latest wares as the answer to everything. While clearly some (most?) technologies will have a role to play in transformations, the recent Software Intelligence conference put on by CAST, the French specialist in software analysis and intelligence, provided a timely reminder that simply making new technology the lynchpin of such strategies is likely to miss the point.
