It’s Lent and that means we are always trying to plan out our meal plans for Friday. Why not get your seafood and help a great cause at the same time by helping the Knights of Columbus.
Every Friday during Lent, the Knights of Columbus 1286 will be doing “Fish Fry Friday” where they’ll be cooking fried catfish poboys to sell as a fundraiser. They’ll use Langlinais French bread to make them even more delicious. The catfish poboys will be sold with chips for $7. According to Daniel Graffeo, they will drop the cost to $5 if you re a knight, police officer, or first responder. .A perfect and convenient meal while you’re on the go. They’ll be in front of the Cathedral, located at 1001 St. John Street in Lafayette.
