His college ice cream adventure, What’s The Scoop, produced and sold premium gourmet ice creams, cappuccino pies, spumoni, gelato and sorbets to the best restaurants and hotels in Dallas, as well as the fortunate patrons of his retail store. Nayfa moved to cakes in 1999 with Sweet City Boulevard, which creates wholesale baked goods. Last year, as home delivery became the norm, Sweet City Boulevard joined in, offering gourmet cakes to retail customers with free delivery within a 10-mile radius of the Dallas Galleria. Additionally, Royal Blue Grocery now offers a variety of Sweet City Boulevard’s cakes, whole and by the slice. Here are a few of our favorite offerings:
