Usain Bolt and Nugent “NJ” Walker
Multiple Olympic champion and world record holder Usain Bolt will certainly be missed at this year’s Olympic Games in Tokyo, Japan.
When asked if he would be attending, Bolt told
DancehallMag that “due to the restrictions no fans are allowed so I will not be in attendance, but I will be at home watching and cheering for team Jamaica.”
Japanese government officials announced yesterday that the games will be held without fans due to a rise in COVID-19 infections in the city, according to USATODAY. Originally, 10,000 Japanese fans were permitted to attend the events.
