The MTech program was conceived with inputs from academic and industry experts and would be continuously upgraded based on industry needs, IIT Madras said in a statement.
IIT Madras has partnered with the Governments of India and Zanzibar to open a new campus in Zanzibar. The campus will offer academic degrees in data science and artificial intelligence starting in October 2023.
