Police in Dauphin County said that Tracy Scanlon, also known as Tracy Zalenski, was last seen in late February leaving a Fine Wine and Good Spirits store in Harrisburg.
A woman who was reported missing out of Stockton was found nine days later, and a man was arrested in connection to her disappearance, according to the police department.
