The Nissan Z is one of the most important sports cars of all time. Models like the early 240Z and the complex Z32 300ZX have shaped the perception o Japanese imports for the better. Finally, the decade-old 370Z will be replaced, and we're more than happy with the look of its successor.
Three years ago, senior vice president of design Alfonso Albaisa hinted that a brand-new Z is on the horizon. The replacement for the 370Z was revealed as a prototype last year with a stick shift, and immediately after the unveiling, pictures of pre-production vehicles made the rounds.
