Price is the latest long-term injury woe in the Academy Monday, 3 May, 2021
Everton youngster Issac Price is slated to miss the rest of the season with a stress fracture of the hip.
The 17-year-old midfielder who had been rocketed up to the senior subs bench for some games last month, was mysteriously missing from the U18s side that lost their FA Youth Cup quarterfinal tie at West Brom last week.
It now turns out he is the latest in a long line of players to suffer serious injury this season. Everton U23 team-mate Sebastien Quirk also underwent surgery last week as injury misfortune at academy level continued to spiral.
