The 2019 series finalist has been responding to fans on Instagram, when one requested she share a photo of herself with her lip fillers in.
Posting a screenshot of some Google image search results to her Stories, Molly-Mae wrote: I don t like to even look at these pics, makes me sick that I did that to myself.
