Island Fin Poke is opening Monday in Gilbert, Arizona, marking the Florida-based chain s 28th location and first in the state of Arizona.
"We re so excited to be the first to bring the Island Fin Poke Co. brand to Arizona, and especially to start here in Gilbert," co-Owner Mark Blackwell said in a company press release.
