Islamic Electronic Library, provided by the Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, has recorded a total of 399,692 books downloads during this Umrah season. The ministry has distributed 145,241 copies of awareness-raising and guidance publications to the visitors in an attempt to guide them to perform the rituals correctly, SPA reported. It also provides the option of downloading copies of publications through barcode reading via mobile devices.
