At 2 30, joe biden will make his strongest statement yet on the trump ukraine controversy. Hell tell reporters if the president doesnt comply with investigatio investigations, congress has no choice but to impeach. At 4 00 p. M. , nancy pelosi is leading a mee meeting with her entir
messy in a way that is not becoming to our office. so for that reason, we are trying to coordinate with as many as possible, but this is an office that s increased in spotlight over the last several years. and with that, the political nature of the office, even though i feel it shouldn t be a political office, has increased as well. so we have to be mindful of that. i think that s in some ways why it s an important thing for us in the four states i mentioned to be coordinating, to have the bonds that have been built over the last several years, to recognize that the four of us have an important role to play following the law and staying above the political fray and we ll continue to support and counsel each other, and hopefully our counterparts in other states as we proceed in this complex and thorny issue. as secretary benson is talking, i m trying to think of what does this even look like? no, he didn t plot and aid an
terms, on about the third or fourth hole. sandra: such a great way to look at it. a long ways to go here. sandra: great to see you. thank you. always great to be with you. appreciate it. john: fox news alert, the floor of the house of representatives where the speaker, kevin mccarthy is talking, it s not the floor, it s outside the floor, where kevin mccarthy is talking about the hunter biden investigation. let s listen. well, first and foremost if you study one the way the democrats handle action, they never held the constitution when they wanted to even look at impeachment. because you would first do impeachment inquiry. i think what we have to first do is bring those people into the room. find out who is telling the truth and who is not. did garland lie to the american public and lie to congress and senate when he said that david weiss could be a special prosecutor, that david weiss, if he wanted to bring prosecute anybody in any jurisdiction he
agreement on that. so what we re seeing happen on the senate floor right now is the first of these procedural votes. they look like they re on track to get to the 60 that are going to be needed to then get to a round of debate. but that s the hard way of going about this if you re going by chuck schumer s standards. the hard way is going by regular order and that means you ve got a few more rounds of procedural votes and more time up for debating amendments. it just means a longer process. democrats have long said they wanted to get this done as soon as possible. schumer previously had been bullish that he wanted this bill passed before the weekend. obviously that timing doesn t work out. but it s not really a question of if at this point, it s when. the only real clock, lindsey, that we re up against is whether or not they would like to go on recess sooner or later. i m looking at the live senate feed right now that you can t see. if we can pop it back up. it looks like senator susa
