The Mendocino Historical Review Board met on Monday, December 4, and approved the conversion of the former Andersons Alternatives lumber store (originally the Mendosa’s Warehouse).
The Board previously sent back to the applicant, Ishvi Aum, his proposal to add 24 windows on the south and east sides of the building across from Patterson’s Pub.
