Baramulla, August 29 (Scoop News)-The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Baramulla, Dr Syed Sehrish Asgar today said that the specially abled children have the abilities to excel in every field and laid emphasis on the need to impart quality education to the students with special focus on developing their vocational skills so that they can lead independent lives and contribute to the society. The DC made these remarks while presiding over a programme on ‘Children with Special Needs’ organized by Education Department Baramulla at Government Girls Higher Secondary School (GGHSS) Baramulla.
