The Intelligence Response Team of IGP Olukayode Egbetokun, has reportedly moved Daniel Ojukwu, a journalist with the FIJ, to the National Cybercrime Centre, in Abuja.
A journalist with the Foundation for Investigative Journalism, Daniel Ojukwu, has reportedly been taken into custody by the Intelligence Response Team of the Inspector General of Police.

Mr Ojukwu is currently being held incommunicado at the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID), Panti in Lagos on the orders of the Inspector General of Police.
Global human rights organisation, Amnesty International, has called on the Nigerian police to immediately release Daniel Ojukwu, a journalist with the Foundation for Investigative Journalism (FIJ). Amnesty International in a statement on its X platform on Saturday strongly condemned the arrest of Ojukwu. According to the statement; "Amnesty International is deeply concerned by the arrest of Daniel Ojukwu a journalist with the Foundation for Investigative Journalism."
