New york city has recently announced a zero Tolerance Campaign to end all pedestrian fatalities by 2021. Nothing make these numbers more real than attending the Memorial Services of the victims who have passed and meeting friends and families who are mourning their loss whether it is ms. Mulak, mr. Lie, mr. Lasi, and ms. Lou. There is a big commitment i would like to make to ensure that we are continuing our efforts and i look forward to working with my colleagues. I do want to, if possible,
