Mossimo Giannulli began a five-month prison sentence in late November, and is scheduled to be released in April 2021. (Meanwhile Lori Loughlin was slapped with two months and has since been released.) Apparently, after “56 days in solitary confinement,” Giannulli is done with jail and wants to go home.

E!, Giannulli’s attorneys filed an emergency motion to modify his sentence, requesting that the judge allow him to carry out the remaining three months of his sentence at home. A source told E! News: She texted friends that she was out. She is relieved and incredibly happy it s over with, but she is still very worried about Mossimo Giannulli and upset for him.
Whilst Lori has finished her jail sentence, she is still due to serve 100 hours of community service as well as continue to be supervised for the next two years as part of her release.

She was fired from her roles on Hallmark Channel and on Netflix’s “Fuller House” after her role in the college admissions scandal was revealed, but now that she has since completed her time in prison after pleading guilty, Lori Loughlin is focusing on re-establishing her career and getting back into the acting world and she isn’t the only member of the family to be looking ahead and trying to see what the future could have in store.
Loughlin’s career took a nosedive in 2019, after she and husband Mossimo Giannulli were among the parents indicted in the College Admissions Scandal, for paying $500,000 to get their daughters, Olivia Jade and Isabella Rose Giannulli, admitted to the University of Southern California as fake row recruits.
