Queen Letizia of Spain made a head-turning appearance at the Princesa de Asturias Awards on Friday evening, where she was joined by King Felipe VI, Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofia.
The 51-year-old monarch recorded her speech to promote a World Health Organisation resolution for 2024 in favour of universal health coverage for people with rare diseases.
