The Unioto Shermans improved to (9-0) in the SVC with a 50-38 win over Zane Trace, hanging the second conference loss on the Pioneers this season.
Isaac Little scored 20 of his game-high 31 points in the first half as the Shermans led 33-21 at intermission. Little also surpassed the 1,000 career point mark in the game.
Unioto broke the game open midway through the first quarter as Zane Trace pulled to within 7-6, with the Tanks following that with an 11-0 run early into the second quarter. The end of the third quarter typified the kind of night Isaac Little was having, when his connected on an NBA range three-pointer to extend Unioto s lead to 42-26.

M2 Ingredients, Inc. has signed a three-year lease on an Oceanside industrial building for $971,000.
The company is leasing a 32,019 square-foot building at 3977 Ocean Ranch Blvd. from Innovative Development Enterprises, Inc.
M2 Ingredients was represented by Marko Dragovic, Isaac Little, and Tim Moore of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County.
Innovative Development Enterprises was represented by Roger Carlson and Blake Wilson of CBRE.
The building includes upgraded office space, five grade level doors, two dock-high doors, ESFR sprinkler systems, heavy power, and clear height of 24 feet.

Unioto overcame a strong Piketon start and put together an impressive finish of their own in a 53-25 win Saturday.
The Redstreaks held first half leads of 21-13 and 23-15, before the Shermans rallied to within 28-27 at halftime, then outscored Piketon 26-7 in the second half.
A big part of the second half turnaround was the Shermans defense, which forced 9 third quarter turnovers and 12 for the second half and 16 for the game. Piketon was also held to only 1/3 shooting from the field in the third period.
For the game, Unioto was 23/43 for 53%- including 3/11 from the arc and were 4/4 from the foul line. The Tanks committed 10 turnovers and commanded the rebounding with a 25-9 edge.
