Esther S. Slaff, a retired businessperson who had been a member of the Board of the Friends of St. John’s College and was an accomplished Chesapeake Bay sailor, died of metastatic thyroid cancer March 9 at BayWoodscq of Annapolis, a senior living community.
Paul A. Hulleberg, a former Park School music teacher recalled with affection by his students, died of lung cancer Feb. 21 at the University of Maryland Medical Center. He was 65 and lived for many years in Charles Village.
