Arrested was 34-year-old Andrew Wayne Halford. Reports from deputies confirmed that Halford was taken into custody by Williamson County authorities and booked into the Williamson County Jail in Franklin on Thursday, July 7, 2022. Prior to being booked in Franklin, he was being held in Smith County .
