After the third expulsion vote, Rep. George Santos, R-New York, was ousted from Congress on Friday after a House Ethics Committee report showed Santos misuse of campaign funds and a significant list federal crimes he is charged with.

The Nov. 10 front page on the Claremont Institute’s sheriff’s gala took the newspaper’s credibility down a notch. Full of shadowy innuendo and prejudicial language, this supposed news piece serves mostly to inform readers of the politics of its author. Incredibly, he cites the scandal-ridden Lincoln Project in condemning the Claremont Institute and rebukes Sheriff Bianco for calling the Black Lives Matter “protests” riots, which they surely were. We see no allusion to the Claremont Institute’s growing stature on the national political stage over the last four decades.
