Storm. Still a category two hurricane. Were waiting for to dropdown. It has been overland for a little while. The longer you spin over land and your cut off from moisture you can slow down a little bit. Theres also some friction. There is your center of circulation. We are actually to the east of tampa, lifting to the north but for now to the east as well as this continues to left. A lot of these areas are packing a lot of wind and heavy rain. Weve seen some tornadoes spinning up as well. Theres under storms in orlando and tampa. We still have an opportunity of seeing tornadoes pop up. I know we have often on throughout the entire day. Most of that activity has been happening along the east coast of florida and in line with orlando. Weve seen some stretch over toward brevard county. Currently nothing but i wouldnt be surprised if they spin up again as we track the storm to the north. For now a category two storm. There will be dropping to a category one storm as it passes the tampa bay
