Pa. taverns and clubs in ‘survival mode’ as they seek relief amid coronavirus pandemic

The Pennsylvania Licensed Beverage and Tavern Association testified Feb. 3 in front of the State House Commerce Committee. Bar and restaurant owners in the state like Matina Moka, manager of Rod s Roadhouse Cafe Bar & Grill in Swatara Township, are not allowed to serve diners at their bars under Gov. Tom Wolf s COVID-19 mitigation orders.

BRADENTON BEACH, Fla. (WWSB) -The 13th annual Shamrock Shiver Charity Plunge at Bradenton Beach was held on Friday. The event is put on by Clancy’s Irish Sports Pub and Grill aiming to give back to the community.
Every year they choose charities to help through generous donations made through the event.
The charities benefitting from plunge donations this year are the Blessing Bag Project, Feeding Empty Little Tummies, Healthy Teens Coalition of Manatee County, Inc., and Parenting Matters Charities.
