As the beach hospitality industry prepares for season openings and St. Patrick’s Day celebrations, things are looking up on the nightlife scene.
Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan announced Tuesday that large indoor and outdoor venues may expand to 50% capacity effective 5 p.m. Friday, March 12. This includes concert venues, theaters, convention centers and wedding and sports venues.
Bars and restaurants will no longer have capacity limitations, as long as tables maintain a six-foot distance and patrons stay seated and continue to follow mask mandates.
